Adopt an Angel for a Week
$150
In a week an Angel can participate in activities created according to individualized developmental goals, attend 2-3 field trips within the community, make crafts, play games, and have lunch and fellowship with friends.
Adopt an Angel for a Month
$600
During a month, an Angel will attend 10-12 field trips within the community, and on the last Friday of the month, will celebrate friends’ birthdays at Sweet Tomatoes.

Every donation counts, at any amount. When your generous gift is combined with those of others, incredible opportunities open for our Special Angels.
We are constantly striving to raise funds to defray operational costs in order to reduce the financial burden on our clients and their families. When a client attends SAW’s day program, he/she pays a daily tuition that is established by the State of Texas. Tuition, however, only covers about 31% of SAW’s operating budget. No client has ever been turned away from SAW programs because of their inability to pay. So, when a client cannot pay, extra funds need to be raised.
In response to their need, the SAW Board of Directors has launched the Adopt An Angel scholarship program. Tuition assistance is provide by additional fundraising events and donations made specifically to the Adopt An Angel program. Oversight of all funds raised for Adopt An Angel scholarship program is provided by a committee comprised of an appointed SAW Board member and two community volunteers. There are no administrative costs. All funds are disbursed.
